How to reset or hard reset Condor Plume L4 Pro

There are two ways to reset your Condor Plume L4 Pro, one is through the phone's options and the other is through the recovery mode for a more complete reset.

Reset from the Condor Plume L4 Pro options

If you want to reset the Condor Plume L4 Pro using the device options to restore it to its factory default state, you need to follow these simple steps.

1- Go to the settings menu of your Condor SP653 device, which is a gear icon.

2- Scroll down to the Condor Plume L4 Pro settings and you will see a section called "System", click to continue.

3- If you see a section called "Advanced", click to bring up the advanced options for the Condor Plume L4 Pro.

4- Click on "Reset Options" in this section, it will allow us to reset network options, applications or completely reset Condor Plume L4 Pro.

5- Click on the last option called "Clear all data (Factory Data Reset)" or simply "Factory Data Reset".

6- The first confirmation message will appear reminding you that all data will be deleted from this device and that the data you have uploaded to Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or your cloud backups such as Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive will not be deleted. Tap "Reset Phone."

7- A second confirmation message will appear indicating that all information stored on the Condor Plume L4 Pro and all downloaded applications will be deleted and reminding you that this action cannot be undone. If you agree, click on "Delete all".

8- If necessary, draw the screen unlock pattern or enter the screen unlock code or PIN to continue.

9- Your Plume L4 Pro device from Condor will reboot, which will take a few minutes, while restoring the device to its factory state and optimizing the apps pre-installed on the Android 9.0 Pie operating system.

Resetting the Condor Plume L4 Pro with a hard reset or recovery mode

Recovering the Condor Plume L4 Pro using hard reset or recovery mode can solve problems that a normal factory reset cannot solve.

1- First turn off the Condor Plume L4 Pro completely; if you cannot unlock the screen, press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and the phone will turn off.

2 - On the Condor Plume L4 Pro, press and hold the volume down button and the power button simultaneously for a few seconds. On some devices, depending on the version of Android, the combination may be the power button and the volume up button.

3- When the Condor logo appears, release the button.

4- Scroll through the menu using the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons until you reach the "Recovery Mode" option and press the Power button to enter..

5- Use the volume up and volume down keys to select the "wipe cache partition" option, then press the power key to activate the option and wipe the phone's cache.

6 - After a few seconds you will return to the previous screen, use the volume keys to access the "wipe data/factory reset" option and press the power key to access it. A screen with several "NO" and "YES" will appear, use the volume keys to re-enter "YES" and press the power button.

7- Once you are done with the volume keys again, click on "Reboot System Now" and press the power button on the Condor Plume L4 Pro, the device will reboot and it will take a few minutes while it resets the device to its factory state and optimizes the pre-installed apps to the Android 9.0 Pie system.
