Option 1, How to Hard Reset Nokia 1 Plus (Android) with Software Menu

Turn on nokia phone

Please make sure the Nokia 1 Plus battery is charged or has a capacity of at least 50.

Go to menu: Settings> Backup & Reset> Factory Data Reset> Device Reset

Choose to delete everything

Nokia 1 Plus (Android) Master will reset to factory default

Option 2, How to Hard Reset Nokia 1 Plus with Hardware Button

Turn off the Nokia 1 Plus

We need to connect the power charger to our phone right now

Press and hold together: Power button + volume up (about 10-20 seconds or more and displays Nokia logo and command on LCD screen)

Once we see Android Recovery with multiple menus on our phone, release all the buttons

select Wipe Data / Factory Reset with the volume button to select and use the power button to fix or insert.

Nokia 1 Plus will perform factory defaults. And if we go back to the recovery menu, select reboot to start this phone.
